Students at Crana College participate in a wide range of extra curricular activities throughout the year. Activities range from many Sports to Drama, Dance, Science Clubs, Musicals, debating clubs and leadership and development courses. All extra curricular activities are open to all students and many have realized national success including All Ireland titles for Girls Soccer and Ulster Champions for our Irish language debating team.
Our Girls Active Programme encourages all girls to become active in various areas of sports including Yoga, Hip-hop Dance and many other activities
Many students perform in plays and concerts produced through the year. Students work closely with our Drama Teachers, Art Department and Music Department in preparation for all productions.
Throughout the school students display their art projects and once a year Junior students exhibit their work in an evening celebration acknowledging their success.
Crana College students go on school trips each year. These vary from European tours to Ski Trips, Champion League games and end of year school class/year outings. There is always an educational and cultural element to these excursions. Both students and staff thoroughly enjoy the experience.
